Everyone in the world has gone through cycles of highs and lows during a lifetime.
Sometimes we feel full of energy, happy and motivated to do many things that we seem to feel that you can’t find have enough time to do everything you want to accomplish.
And sometimes you feel so tired, sad and unmotivated to do anything at all, where you might feel fed up and only want to sleep and rest.
And when that happens you might feel bad because you can’t understand why your energy is so low.
Well, like anything in the universe there has to be balance and sometimes we will be feeling the highs and sometimes the lows of life.
As you start to experience one or the other you have to learn how to accept either one and not let it affect your life, in other words learning to live in the moment.
Some people have lots of energy and go full speed for long periods of time and when they feel tired and their body or mind asks them to rest, they start getting worried and asking,
Why do I feel like this?
And start thinking “I need to move and get out of this state of mind”, which may work for a while, but the more you force yourself, that only will start compounding and making you feel more tired.
Or you might be in a low state and start getting into that vicious circle where you seem to always be tired and you don’t want to do anything. And you don’t take initiative to start yourself up.
Maybe you start moving but do not push yourself a little and revert back to total rest.
As I mentioned before you should strive to find balance and make an effort to allow yourselves to rest when needed and also know when to push a little beyond your comfort zone when you are in a passive state.
Regardless which state of mind you are in, you would benefit from finding balance and allowing yourselves to rest when needed and not push or push when needed.
We as human beings have many traits and we can adapt to anything.
We just need to acknowledge ourselves and determine if we need to move or stay still
